Our Pricing

VetSync uses a pay-per-use pricing model designed to encourage broad industry participation. Participating clinics who share their data are charged a usage-based fee of $5 per request. There is no fee to upload or share information, recognising the value of this data to the broader veterinary community.

Clinics that access data without contributing their own are charged a higher fee of $20 per request. This tiered structure discourages free-riding, rewards data contribution, and ensures the platform remains sustainable and equitable for all participants. This model reflects a network benefit approach: the more clinics who contribute, the more valuable the system becomes for everyone.

Importantly, the pay-per-use approach ensures cost parity across clinics of all sizes, addressing a common shortcoming of subscription-based models which disproportionately impact small practices.
